The challenge
Our client operates household brands across grocery and department store retail — a business where digital ambition was running well ahead of architectural readiness. Thirty-plus systems, 130-plus integration points, fragmented data, and no coherent enterprise architecture. Every new digital initiative was adding complexity rather than capability. The estate was growing harder to change precisely when the business needed to move faster.
